What is the Lemon Stripes return policy?
We want you to buy products from Lemon Stripes that make you feel happy and beautiful. If you have bought something that doesn’t quite do the trick, then we need to fix that, don’t we?
We happily accept any unworn or undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for store credit. Please include the original invoice in your return package. All sale items are final. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. If the product is damaged in any way, we will cover shipping cost for the exchange. You’ve just ordered something gorgeous, and you want it in your hands right away. We get it! Lemon Stripes uses standard USPS shipping. Please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive your order. If you would like expedited shipping, please choose that option when placing your order. You will be sent tracking information via email. Lemon Stripes is not responsible for delays due to weather.
